Our company deals with:

- Assembly of Through Hole components on printed circuit

- Assembly of SMD technology components

Assembly is done manually; for this reason we can produce small and medium sized lots.

For the execution visors with lenses up to a magnification of 20x are used, so as to be able to carefully check the status of the work performed. The material is meticulously checked, before and after the work is carried out, by our quality manager.

Among the main processes of our company is that of wiring, from the simple interconnection cable to the more complex testing machine in both civil and avionic-military fields.

The equipment used, crimping tools, tools, strippers is periodically calibrated by a metrological center to guarantee efficiency and quality of the work performed.

In order to guarantee a better service in the necessary cases, in the last few years we work in synergy with other companies for the realization of racks, test equipment and test benches.

As far as the design is concerned, the projects are usually supplied directly by the client. If requested, we rely on qualified professionals for the elaboration of the project requested by the client.
